Marc Kondo is a California Licensed Real Estate Broker. He has an extensive background in Residential, Apartments and Commercial real estate.

He works closely with C.P.A.s, Attorneys, Certified Financial Planners and other professionals to assist his clients. He has owned income properties and managed them for investors since 1980.

Advanced Professional Education and Experience:

Marc met the strict education and experience requirements to become a Gold Card member of the National Council of Exchangers (exclusive National organization of IRC 1031 Tax Deferred Exchange professionals)in 1980. Marc continues to take classes and attend seminars in real estate and related fields such as Consumer Protection, Estate Planning, Green Remodeling and Construction, Increasing Energy Efficiency and Sustainability.

Personal:

Marc is a native of Los Angeles and has also lived in San Francisco and New York City. Since 1970 he has volunteered in social services and community programs that have provided free legal services, youth gang intervention and elder care. As a volunteer Certified Adult Literacy tutor he has taught illiterate adults basic functional literary skills.
